Before founding Nell Infotech, Sheetal held the position of CTO and Director at Connecticus Technologies.
Manisha is an experienced HR and Operations professional with over 20 years of experience in her field. She has worked both in IT and non-IT companies, specializing in human resources development, HR policies, and various administration functions. At Nell Infotech, Manisha is responsible for the HR functions, administration, and statuary compliances such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, as well as heading the testing practice. With her wealth of knowledge and expertise, Manisha is equipped to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
Sanjay is a passionate, growth-oriented, inspiring, and results-driven senior business leader with 25+ years of experience in IT services and software product engineering, as well as in the latest Digital Technologies such as cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP, Pivotal), Mobile, Al/Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
With over 15 years of experience in Business Development, Staff Augmentation, and Operations, Nachiket brings a wealth of expertise to Nell Infotech. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s Business Development and Staff Augmentation business, leveraging his extensive experience to manage the overall growth of the company. Nachiket has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master of Business degree in Sales/Marketing
DIPITI is playing a strategic role in HR advisory to the CEO, providing guidance and direction on all aspects of human resource development for the company’s growth strategy. She has worked towards streamlining the organization structure, implementing succession planning, human capital budgeting, cost reduction and cost activity analysis for different business units.
